Please do NOT ask me how to get a new 'licence'. If you have lost it there is nothing I can do about it. If you need a replacement certificate you have three options:

1. Contact whoever trained you

2. Contact the employer who paid for the training

3. Contact the accrediting body. (If you are on the NORS register contact the RTITB)
