Fork lift truck operator's mini poll

Since December 5th 2002 in the UK, it has been a legal requirement for many types of fork lift truck to be fitted with seat belts and for them to be worn. Exceptions can be made following a risk assessment as shown here.

What is your opinion? Should operators of counterbalanced fork lifts which do not have a cab and which may overturn, wear seat belts all the time or maybe only on rough ground? Cast your vote below.

I have been running this poll throughout 2009 and it has attracted a lot of votes. The results can be seen here, (as of Jan 2010). I intend to let it run for a while to get more figures and will publish them in 2011.
