Stillage accident due to lack of Undercutting

This accident, which happened in the late 60s, was caused when the operator failed to undercut the load even when he should have. He was attempting to pick up both of the post pallets shown and did not realise that the forks protruded through the load striking the load behind. As can be seen the load behind, which was stacked five high, was tipped over against the wall but that was not the end of the story!
