iTRUK practical test course

The sequence for completing the test course is outlined below

1). Collect truck From Start/Finish Line and proceed to collect load from BAY A

2). Travel, load trailing through the gate, down the aisle, then turn through 360 degrees and deposit load at Low Level in Bay E

3). Reverse along the aisle to a suitable position then drive forwards, forks leading, and de-stack top corner post pallet from stack opposite D

4). Reverse along main aisle, through the gate and deposit post pallet centrally in Bay A close to within 150 mm but not touching the vertical face at the rear of the bay.

5). Drive forwards through gate and de-stack top load from High Level at B

6). Reverse towards gate, then travel load leading and stack load at Eye Level at D

7). Reverse towards gate, then travel forwards and de-stack load at Eye Level at C

8). Reverse away from gate, then travel forwards and stack load at High Level at B

9). Reverse towards Gate, then travel forks leading and pick up load from Eye Level at Bay D

10). Reverse towards gate, turn completely around and stack load at Eye Level at C

11). Reverse forks trailing through gate and pick up post pallet from Bay A

12). Travel, load leading, through the gate and stack post pallet on top of stack of post pallets opposite D

13). Reverse towards gate. Drive forwards and collect load from Bay E

14). Travel, load trailing, through the gate, deposit load accurately in Bay A, within 150 mm but not touching the vertical face at rear of the bay

15). Return truck to starting position and park it

In addition to the above test, trainees are tested on theoretical knowledge and also undergo a pre-shift check test both very similar to the existing ABA test.
