Check the mast assembly, rollers and slides
Check the mast and look for any foreign objects such as broken pieces of pallets etc. Try and look at the mast rollers to check for wear but be aware that you can't see some of them. Some masts are adjustable for sideways wear but this has to be left to a service engineer.
