The weight, shape and size of the load
Any packaging or handles etc.
It's stability
The contents: hot, cold, hazardous
The floor condition
The ambient temperature etc.
General houskeeping.

Again, this will be a very quick assessment as the employee will know most of these answers from day to day experience.
