If the task is too difficult, employees should ask if there are any mechanical aids available to assist them. Mechanical aids can be a sack truck or a forklift truck or something as simple as a crowbar.

It should be remembered that some mechanical aids require a person to be trained before using them and this training should be provided, cost free, by the employer.
