People should not be asked to do manual handling tasks if their strength is not up to the job.

Employees should tell their supervisors if they cannot mange the task in relative comfort.

 

 

 

 

 

Although not everyone needs to attend a manual handling training course, those that carry out manual handling tasks should normally do so

If an employee feels that they need training they should ask for it.
