The Fork Lift Truck Association have released this video of Lisa Ramos speaking about the forklift accident that cost her a leg and changed her life forever. For those who think it will never happen to them the interview is a stark reminder that it's happening, on average, to five people a day in the UK.

This video is only six minutes long and should be mandatory viewing for anyone associated with forklift trucks in my opinion.
